 12 lbs Party chicken wings
 1 cup Epis
 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste

Preheated oven to 400 degreea

Take thawed wings into a medium-large bowl (depending on the amount of wings cooking, Epis measurement may vary)

Take ½ cup of Epis and evenly coat wings. Add a little salt and pepper.

Place wings covered in the fridge for up to an hour. Or ½ hour out at room temp.

Using an ungreased baking sheet or with a Silicone mat. Spread wings on tray evenly.

Pour rest of Epis marinade onto wings.
